Kids View Community Child Care is seeking a RECE that is compassionate, dedicated, outgoing and resourceful to work full time in a preschool program. Position beginning mid-August. Potential candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age appropriate activities and experiences in accordance with the centre''s philosophy and ministry guidelines. Candidate must have a sound understanding of the Toronto Children''s Services Operating Criteria, the Days Nurseries Act as well as, Public Health requirements and regulations.

Candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills, maintain an organized classroom and be a positive member of a team. Kids View is looking for a mature and sensitive individual who is able to relate in a positive and professional manner with both children and adults. Has an ECE Diploma and is registered with the College of ECE''s.
Must have the following: 1. A current Criminal Reference Check (within 3 months)
2. Proof of Medical including a negative TB Test.
3. Minimum 2 years experience working in the field.
4. First Aid and CPR Training. (May be obtained after employment).
